Today is the day! Today is the day that our awesome baby will be born! It happened at night. We were at West's house, spending the night. Sure, Luddy didn't really ask us over or really call me, I just went over there and announced that we were staying there for the night. He didn't seem to mind it though since Feliciano was sleeping over too (or Romano kicked him out again).

He was just fawning over your gigantic belly. You get mad when I say how big you are, too bad! I'm saying it now! You look like you swallowed a planet! Kesesese~

I was talking to Ludwig about my awesomeness (which I'm sure he knows about). Everything was calm until I heard you scream. I looked to you, worried for you and the baby's safety. You looked at Feliciano with an unhappy expression so I figured that he pressed down on your tummy too hard and I ignored it and continued my conversation. Little did I know, you were having a contraction.

A few minutes later, Feli came over to me and started spouting nonsense, as usual, I ignored him and let him go to Ludwig and pester him like he normally did. I got up and sat with you on the couch and talked to you about the awesome baby.

"Gilbert..." I you said softly. I didn't listen and kept talking.

"Gilbert!" You spoke a little louder yet I still ignored you. I actually thought you were just being rude.

"Not now [y/n], I'm talking to you! That's rude."

Just then Ludwig came over to me and slapped me across the face.

"What the hell was that about?!"

"Your wife needs to tell you something, idiot!"

I looked over to you and noticed your breathing was more intense. Something was wrong....

"Gilbert....the awesome baby is coming..."

You then squeezed my arm as a contraction ripped through you. I was scared, I didn't know what to do since this was my first child so I panicked. Ludwig started to help you up and looked at me.

"Help her!"

As if controlled by him, I walked over and started to help you off the couch and into his Volkswagen. Feli sat with us in the back to provide you some extra comfort.

"There, there [y/n], soon all of this will be over and your bambina will be here."

You looked at him and smiled before a contraction made your smile fade.

"We'll get you to the hospital soon, don't worry liebeling." I whispered in your ear as you suffered through the horrible thing they call labor.

When we got to the hospital and found you a room, Ludwig and Feli stepped out of the room to give me and you some personal time before the baby was born.

"This hurts Gilbert..." My heart broke. You sounded like you were in so much pain and there was nothing I could do about it. I felt so bad. (That's something because I almost never feel bad about anything).

Your labor went on for hours. Almost fourteen hours until you were finally dilated enough to deliver the baby. I held your hand for the whole duration of it, no matter how badly it hurt. (I have to wear a brace now, thank you.)

"You can do it! You're so awesome! You're almost there!" I tried to comfort you as best as I could.

Time stopped when I heard a baby's cry ring through the room. Everything went quiet, my heart included. You were anxious too, I could see it on your sweaty face. The doctor and nurse cleaned the baby and handed it to you.

"Congrats, it's a beautiful baby girl."

I felt the tears well up in my eyes. Seeing you hold our baby stirred something within me, love, happiness. I was truly happy. Ludwig and Feli came in when they heard your screams die down. They both looked at our daughter. She opened her eyes to reveal her ruby-red eyes, like mine. She had your [h/c] hair and she didn't seem to show any signs of an albino, besides my eyes, which was good.

"Oh your bambina is cute! A true bella!" Feli shouted out of excitement.

"Thank you!" You tiredly replied.

I looked to Ludwig and he gave me a hug and said, "Congrats Gilbert. My niece is adorable..."

I laughed and then looked over to the baby. She doesn't have a name.

"Hey liebe, our baby doesn't have a name!"

"You're right." You suddenly realized.

We all thought for a minute and then you whispered, "[b/n]..."

"What?"

"Her name is [b/n] Beilschimdt....."

I smiled and then gave you a kiss on your sweaty forehead. I took the baby gently from your arms and rocked her in my own.

"Welcome to the world [b/n]. That's your awesome mama, [y/n], she went through a lot to bring you here so I suggest you be good to her when you get older. These are your awesome uncles, Ludwig and Feliciano. And I am the awesome Gilbert! Or in your case, the awesome daddy.

She giggled to herself, you did as well and I gave you a kiss.

"I married an awesome guy." You whispered.

"Indeed you did. Thank you for giving me this opportunity."

"Don't mention it..."

I don't know why I'm writing this down. You know what happened, of course you do. I just want to write down all the important times in my life, so I can remember it forever and relive it. When you read this, IF I let you read this, I just want you to know Ich liebe dich. I will always love you and our baby. We are one big awesome family....
